What should be included: | - In a traditional forehead lift, the surgeon trims the patient's hair, then makes an incision across the top of the head, just below the hairline. The doctor then lifts the skin and pulls it back, trimming off the excess and stitching it into place. In an endoscopic forehead lift, which causes fewer scars and allows quicker healing, the surgeon makes several small incisions, then inserts a small camera into the forehead to guide the surgery.
