They are so self centered and think they are above Volunteering their time!!!There are only a few doctors that will "let themselves give a few hours of their valuable time." Dr. Dena Grayson volunteers her Medical Experience to low income families. And suggests that I call dentists in local area, I did, but guess what, NOT ONE Single Dentist has responded. Big Surprise, huh? If anyone reads this and knows of a SPECIAL DENTIST, to do 2 crowns and extract 1 tooth, back/upper.

Amount: $245.00 Posted by: Jamie D. From: Cottage Grove, MNPosted On: March 14th, 2016 03:03PMWhich Tooth: 30 Type of Crown: cerec My daughter went in with tooth pain. She had 3 cavities, in the end she had to have a root canal on #30, large filling in #19, and small filling in #18. 2 weeks later she went in for the build-up with crown. After exams, xrays, fillings, root canal with endontist, and crown work my total expense for everything was $245.00. My insurance through my employer is amazing. 100% coverage on everything except crowns and bridge work which is covered at 80%, with no yearly or lifetime maximums.

Core build up + crown
Amount: $2,001.00 Posted by: Mark Sartor From: East Lansing, MIPosted On: August 20th, 2015 09:08AMWhich Tooth: #5 (right behind canine) Type of Crown: composite I think ($235 for cleaning and X-rays also) Nice folks and dentist.. no pain;. BUT I haven't been in 5 years, so besides the broken tooth I had fixed today, he saw an old crown with decay below it, and I will go back for that when I pick up current crown.. He may have to do root canal for other one. ALSO - right rear lower Implant is wobbly, and I may need that redone.. WOW... maybe back to dental school in Ann Arbor for that.. I'm living on just a few thousand over the poverty level for a single person too... the cost will be killing me.. I wrote to the President this am suggesting they add Dental care to Medicare.. would be REAL nice.. (He also pointed out two other fillings he said were ancient, and he'd like to crown those two teeth also)..
Crowns and root canal
Amount: $2,850.00 Posted by: RealPersonBob From: Walnut Creek, CAPosted On: August 10th, 2015 02:08PMWhich Tooth: #13 and #14 Type of Crown: All ceramic This started as two crowns, but a root canal was also required. The crowns were $1050 each for my out of pocket expense (I don't know how much the Delta Dental paid). My share of the root canal was $780. The workmanship was excellent. Their accounting not so good. I think dental insurance sucks.
outrageous one tooth!
Amount: $2,200.00 Posted by: Suz Brna From: denver, COPosted On: July 28th, 2015 06:07PMWhich Tooth: infected old cap root canall Type of Crown: porcelin I think these dentists need a reality check on the economics of this country. The people in this country used to be able to afford dental care and we had to have the best smiles in the world. NOT anymore check out the prices to fix teeth in China or anywhere else in the world. US dental prices are going up, not because of cost but because the dentists have out-priced themselves and they have less patients because most can't afford to do anything, but pull our teeth out 400-500 dollars. They should be ashamed!!!!
Paid in full for (2) crowns was NOT told insurance paid for one!
Amount: $3,750.00 Posted by: Kristine Blake From: Manchester, CTPosted On: July 21st, 2015 02:07PMWhich Tooth: #12 & #5 Type of Crown: custom crowns I PAID in full for both crowns and the procedure to get the mold and all of that. When one of my implants failed, I was told, "Your insurance paid for one, so you have a FREE on owed to you. What if it did not fail, they would just keep, $1.750.00? The periodontist who pulled the teeth, did the same exact thing! DENTISTS KEEP YOUR MONEY & THE INSURANCE MONEY, and they never tell you. WE have to check up on them? Seems like legal-stealing if you ask me@
